I found the staff amazingly attentive. It was like they cared. its nearness to the metro made every tourist spot accessible within minutes. i especially enjoyed the local feel because there were many neighborhood residents. i would choose this location again, without a doubt.
the shower lacked a full enclosure, so water tended to escape a bit. this meant i had to use extra towels to keep the floor dry. it wasn't a major problem, just something to be aware of.

the reception staff provided really good assistance and were very cute. a fridge and kettle were useful additions, we could store snacks. the free pastries, ice, tea, and sparkling water were amazing additions to the amenities offered. i found the bed comfortable for a good night's rest.
the pressure in the shower was not ideal.

I found the advertised air conditioning wasn't working. Made the room quite uncomfortable. i had to ask for a fan, but that was inconvenient. refills of mineral water required a trip down to reception!

The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was large and included a large bathroom. Drinking water was available at the lobby and proper coffee was available too. The heater in the bathroom was a plus.
The shower lacked a door. This allowed water to escape easily. The shower faucet faced the opening, causing water to constantly spill onto the floor.
